Soul Power, debut album of Curtis Harding (ex-Cee-lo Green), member of Night Sun, Black Lips’ garage soul side project. Black Lips members took part in making this album too. Soul, 60’s RnB, easy 70s disco feeling, garage rock. I know two who flew to Seattle from New York to see him

whitepages

Split tape between Halfrican (Scotland) and White Pages (US). Some words about the bands by Jeff from No Sir I Won’t: „Halfrican sounds like „Holiday Road” if it was on Crass Records. White Pages sound like if The Pissed Officers and The Showcase Showdown were the same band.” Thus everything is clear, click!

released by Number4Door Records (UK) and Can’t Stand Ya! Records (US)
