Festive Days

In the UK there were solemn acts owing to the 40th anniversary of the release of debut single of Sex Pistols’ Anarchy In The UK. And it is told that 26th day of November in 1976 is the birthday of Punk.

I heard about two things only.

1 for the why: Luton made this November memorable forever with UK Subs and Vibrators concerts.

2 for the pose: son of Malcolm McLaren and Dame Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire Vivian Westwood burnt punk reliques supposedly in the worth of 5 million GBP together with his mum on that birthday on Thames in London.

But 3 to get ready for THE MOONLANDINGZ

Persons taken from the Fat White Family & The Eccentronic Research Council

Debut album Interplanetary Class Classics coming soon on Transgressive Records (UK) and Chimera Music (US)

Anyway the B-Side of Anarchy was „I Wanna Be Me”, so „This is brainwash and this is a clue / To the stars who fooling you.”

Under Severe Delusion

„everyone believes in something that doesn’t exist, we’re telling people we don’t exist, that we’re a fictional band and

we want to write the biggest pop hits that the radio won’t touch.”

MOONLANDINGZ

In this fiction the persons are from the Fat White Family & The Eccentronic Research Council, and this phantom song is „our ode to the odious little England hegemony we have suddenly found ourselves sinking into”

from Blak Hanz EP on Transgression Records (UK) on 16 Dec

But maybe all of these are just games of the imagination.
