There’re two great American bands, The Hussy is a midwestern trashy garage rock duo, Digital Leather is synth-pop-punk band of Shawn Foree with different line-ups. Split 12″ with 6 love songs by Digital Leather, and Shawn also plays on 4 Hussy songs, among those is a DL cover.

Two German brothers played jazz with their father, then have formed The Notwist as hardcore-metal band in 1989. Then they turned into grunge, later indie rock and electro pop.

I think these subgenres are unprecedented: noise country, industrial folk. These phrases have come to my mind while I listened to Fat History Month
