After the Hellhammer, Celtic Frost, Coroner and Triptykon here is the subsequent fantastic thrash/black/death metal band from Helvetia: Bölzer. The word „stems from the German colloquial verb “bolzen”, which means executing something in a very excessive or intensive manner (…) The origin and most commonly used meaning of the word finds itself in hitting something with severity. “Bolzer”, or the Swiss-German “bölzer” is then the masculine noun that would be used to describe the person doing the aforementioned.
