A tavalyi évünk eléggé nojzpankosan telt és meg is ígértük magunknak, hogy idén több lesz gitár, több lesz a trash-blues és a pankrakkendroll. Vagy ez tavaly előtt volt? A fasz se tudja már, úgy összefolyik. Lényeg, hogy most tényleg olyan buli jön, ahol a fasza fejletépős riffek lesznek túlsúlyban, persze egy adag elektromos moslékot így is kapnak majd a nyakukba a korán érkezők!

De, hogy ne teljes tudatlanságba érkezzetek MÁJUS 25-ÉN A TRAFIKBA, ezért összeszedtünk nektek pár értékes információt a fellépőkről! Nézzetek, olvassatok, kattintgassatok és hegyezzétek a füleiteket!

THE HANDS – A Dél-Francia régióból, Perpignanból és környékbeli városokból verbuválódott négyes nem először lép majd fel Budapesten, RNR666 Buliban. De játszottak a bandából ketten is a Jack Of Heart-ban, akiknek már olyan tíz bulit szerveztünk az évek során. A basszusgitárosuk egyszemélyes rocknroll-dózer „zenekara” a NO ONE MAN BAND  pedig tavaly januárban nyitotta meg a 2016-os RNR666 évadot. Úgyhogy sokaknak nem lehetnek teljesen ismeretlenek.
Végül is garage rock/punk amit játszanak, a durvábbik, nyersebbik fajtából, pszichedelikusnak is mondható hangulattal. Egyszer azt találtuk írni róluk, hogy: ősemberek párducgalócán elektromos gitárokkal, vagy valami hasonló. De az is igaz lehetne, hogy ha mán alaposan be vagy sörözve plusz megiszol még 2 töményet aztán rászívsz, akkor eléred a The Hands befogadásához optimális állapotot. Egyszóval nem az a finomkodós zene. Engem a a kortársak közül a Destination Lonely-ra emélkeztet, a régebbiek közül meg a Cheater Slicks-re.

LAME – Ők Torinóból valósiak. A trióban egy kolumbiai lány dobol, de úgy odabasz ahogy csak női dobosok tudnak, a gitáros az olasz garage punk színtér alap bandáiban tevékenykedett a 90-es években. Először az arrafelé kultikus Cave Dogs-ban azután a Two Bo’s Maniacs-ben aminek a 90-es évek közepén split albumai jelentek meg az akkori legnagyobb garage / blues punk császárokkal, a The Oblivians-al és Lightning Beat Man-el (ő lett később Reverend Beat Man a Voodoo Rhythm Records főnöke). Majd a csupán egy 7 incses kislemezt produkáló Most Unusual Sound tagja is volt a 2000-es évek legelején. Itthon a zenekar énekes/gitárosát ismerhetik leginkább a rock n roll alvilágában járatosak, ugyanis Stefano alapból a Movie Star Junkies énekese. Ők többször játszottak már Budapesten és egy alkalommal Pécsett is, meg úgy egyáltalán elég nagy megbecsülésnek örvendenek RnR underground körökben. A Lame zenéjében keveredik néhány dolog: 90-es noise rock, szomorú country és blues, meg a The Oblivians/The Gories szerű direkt és brutál blues-punk, de Lavort például, első hallásra, egyik kedvencére, a már feloszlott Catholic Spray-re emlékeztette. Irodalom iránt is érdeklődőknek érdekes lehet, hogy a Lame név Flannery O’Connor egyik elbeszéléséből (A sánta felmagasztaltatik / The Lame Shall Enter First) lett átemelve, ami egy igen kegyetlen olvasmány, ahogy Stefano dalszövegei sem arról szólnak, hogy jól bebaszunk, oszt jólvan. De mi persze jól be fogunk baszni és jó lesz nekünk a koncerjükön.

HALALNIHIL – Tudjuk, amit művel ez a harsh noise-spoken word egyszemélyes terrorbrigád az igen megosztó és úgymond „nem is passzol a képbe”. Nadekérem nem azért kezdünk mi el koncerteket szervezni első körben elsősorban magunknak, hogy ez minket kicsit is foglalkoztasson. Úgyhogy az estet a Halalnihil nyitja 10 percnyi a mély tudatalattit felszabadító zajjal és ráolvasással.

The new album „Evil Moods” lyrically was inspired by hard-boiled noir fictions, e.g. works of Dashiell Hammett, James M. Cain and Jim Thompson, of whom a song there is. Released by Voodoo Rhythm Records (Switzerland)

The next metal LP by American avant-garde experimental label Thrill Jockey Record is a split of The Body and Sandworm.  The Body, „masters of expansive expressions of pure sadness”, really heavy and industrial metal. Sandworm is just a simple black metal punk band

MOVIE STAR JUNKIES started as an organ and drum duo in Torino in 2006.
They played Suicide-like music. The duo involved a quintet.
Since then their music has been showing influences of
the music of Birthday Party and Gun Club, and standing
under strong literary impressions.
Their first album was dedicated to Melville, the second one to William Blake.
Those were released on Voodoo Rhythm Records.
Their name was inspired by a John Waters’ photo.

„Take me far from everyone.” A social extrovert wax witch with keyboards and guitar plays party punk. But I would go away from that party after 10 min, because his songs are cruelly long on this album.  Above 3 min! But he hasn’t enough talent to do such things. He should stay under 3 min.

Futeisha, a brand new project on the flourishing Italian psychedelic scene. It’s a solo effort of psychedelic rock band La Piramide di Sangue guitarist Juan Francisco Scassa. He is not alone sure. His mates are from such great rock band as Movie Star Junkies and Vernon Sélavy. Instead of rock they play mystical mish-mash folk, or „Occultism and Kebab.”

Futeisha. In Japanese: Outlaws. It was an anarchist group in the early 1920s. Its two leaders was sentenced to death for high treason, but it was changed to life imprisonment. The woman tore the pardon letter up and refused to say thank the emperor. She committed suicide in the cell at her age of 23.  The man released after 22 years in 1945, later became a North-Korean politician.

3 black brothers underwent from funk to punk in Detroit, 1974. The trio was called Death. They self-released only one single before they transformed into a gospel rock band in 1977, but later they turned into reggae. The Death stayed fully unknown until 2009. After two archival albums this is the final one, featuring studio recordings from 1975, 1978, 1980 and 1992.

Mai Mai Mai is a solo project of Toni from frantic noise rock band Hiroshima Rocks Around and wacky pop duo Trouble vs. Glue. Mai Mai Mai is a travel in time and space: a mix of drone and ambient, techno beats, field recordings and soundscapes on the border between East and West. Delta is second part of his journey across the Mediterranean Sea. His fellows on this trip: a movie star junkie Gianni Giublena Rosacroce on clarinet, Donato Epiro on organs from occult psychedelic duo Cannibal Movie and Piovs on Moog.
