Wayne Hancock began his music carrier as a teenager. He played country in juke joints around Texas while he got his draft in the US Marine at age of 18, but 6 years after he went back to the road. The Action Swingers is a punk rock band from New York. His two early songs have been released on vinyl. The Miserable Life and the Losing My Control ( J. Masics, the singer/guitarist of Dinosaur Jr. on drums) originally released on a compilation CD in 1994. There were members: Julia Carfritz (guitar, Pussy Galore, Free Kitten), Don Fleming (drums, bass, Dim Star, Wylde Ratttz, Half Japanese), Bob Bert (drums, Sonic Youth, Pussy Galore, Bewitched) Peter Shore (bass, Unsane). What was your first favourite band?
Pelle Miljoona 1980. Finnish punk/new wave legend. This version of the band was like a Finnish MC5. My older sister used to listening it from c-cassettes while i was playing with Legos.
