There is tradition that every boy gets a little hammer and every girl gets a small palette at age of 6 from the City Council. They get the second one at age of 14. The third one is bought by them from their first salary. The ancient wealthy families have a separate large room for the hammers and palettes in their residence, and in center of the room stands the family anvil. But almost every Birminghamian household have a smaller or bigger family anvil. In every year there is a big march on the fest of the city. Under way the men do a strike to the Anvil of the City which is put to the principal square. The females paint a huge canvas which is pre-drawn by a famous artist. The painting sells by auction for charity. These are symbolic acts of forge of the community into unity. Them Wolves transfer this forge into music with guitars and drums. Their really great debut EP

sets them into illustrious company: Jesus Lizard, Laughing Hyenas, Unsane, Pissed Jeans or Zeni Geva. Yes, the Zeni Geva.

The poem was written from 1658 to 1664 in the time of restoration of the English Monarchy. The blind, impoverished and republican author began to write it right after the fall of the Commonwealth.

I very don’t like this phrase and write it with fear because the „indie” labelled musical products have place in the trashcan largely. I could write: alternative rock, but this term repels me in like manner. Well, I can’t rank it to other class, but the Binidu is high above the indie rock category. His music comes to my mind the Deerhoof and the French band is comparable to them. Fresh and playful music. I feel the atmosphere of his birthplace: in July 2012 the trio took his summer residency in a hunter cabin in the Alps, 10m away from the lake Aiguebelette:

To tell the truth I think that his name speaks for itself and no need more words, but I know: OK the name speaks for a very good witty musician but this is known by only few people. This circumstance needs more words: after the split of his short lived first band (where his girlfriend plays trash cans) Dan Melchior sent a cassette to Billy Childish. With him, but mainly with Holly Golightly (It’s not a stage-name! Really.) worked together.

Mr Queer Fish wrote and recorded an autobiographical concept album in Detroit, 1981. For sake of the simplicity he hired the studio owner’s funky band as backing group. It was a superb decision, because it born so unique style and sound which ahead of his time: lo-fi fuzzy minimal funk rock. Mr. Queer Fish pressed 100 or 200 copies without sleeve and buried the records in his parents’ basement. Resurrection time!
