Enfant Terrible is a Dutch record label for electronic music. It has been founded in 2004 in Amsterdam. Besides new performers it also publish underground electro bands from the 80s. One of his sublabels for the danceable music is Gooiland Elektro. Noblesse Oblige is the upcoming album under this label. It’s a perfectly edited compilation with 6 different artists.

LCN and Osty are totally unknown for me and impossible to find them on the net. Anyway LCN is minimal, Osty is trance. Monocorpse from Holland is occult, ritual, monotone and primitive. I take it that the song Robert and Caroline is about a serial killer and his victim. Profligate (pronounced prof-la-git) from Philadelphia is retrospective rave wave. It’s Noah Anthony’s solo project. His highly entertaining band is Form A Log with three men who make music with 4-track cassette players. Future Blondes from Sehol, Texas are tribal industrial. Besides their acid pop tracks there are tiresome noise streams too. It’s a free form band of Domokos, performing member of Helios Creed/Chrome, Black Leather Jesus, Indian Jewelry, and drummer of punk band Rusted Shut, „one of the greatest Texas bands in the history of the universe” by Monofonus Press. Neugeborene Nachtmusik from Berlin is black. He said about his songs: battlefields just after the battle, but the song Yoshiwara (about Tokyo’s red light district) comes the Chemical Bros to my mind. And you can find easy cold dark danceable melodies on his brand new 7″ single which will be released soon by Petit Enfant, another sublabel of ET.

The last song is performed by Bas Welling, aka Former Descent. The Dutch musician is known as IDM, breakcore, 8-bit electro and African percussions artist. Under the pseudonym Neurobit he makes ambient droning a la Beequeen. It’s perfect background noise for your daily activity, for example to write a post to RNR666.

Ötszáznál több visszaigazolt vendég – ez még a LÄRM-hoz (ami, Budapest egyik legfaszább hangcuccával rendelkező, menő, de ennek ellenére, a jóízlés határain bőven „innen lévő” szórakozóhely) képest sem kevés, persze, nem ettől a szép nagy számú közönségtől lett érdekes az RNR666 számára a The Corporation nevű freak-csapat, vagy, -hogy egy laza képzavarral éljek- techno-art kollektiva közelgő bulija.

Corporation-éket még a Képzőművészeti Egyetem büféjében évekig szürcsölt kávé idejéből ismerem, mármint a pofákat magukat, igaz akkoriban még nem hallottam ezt a (meglehetősen pökhendien csengő, de, tény, hogy fasza) nevet. Aztán jött Wennesz Vera, festőművész, közös barátunk, aki által szép lassan megismertem az arcokat és nagyjából képbe kerültem Corporation-ügyileg, viszont a kép nem lett tisztább: sőt. Ennyi személyes szál nekem elég volt ahhoz, hogy kiváncsi legyek egy olyan dologra, amit én magam nem értek, de annak művelői kurvára imádnak csinálni. A Corporation, szerintem, az én perverz kiváncsiságomon túl is érdekes: értelmes emberek egy hülye helyen, tele gondolatokkal, amiket, még kifejezni és kifejteni sem restek – ahogy az kiderült, akkor, amikor kerekasztalbeszélgetést rendeztünk a részvételükkel: technoról, Jézusról, korszellemről, (ellen)kultúráról és mindarról, ami fontos lehet a túléléshez.

Once upon a time it was a good band. Nowadays there are just pose and boredom.

Finnish musician (and graphic artist) Albert Witchfinder has hardcore-punk, black, doom, death, drone metal and power electronics background. His bands’ names speak for themselves: Reverend Bizarre, Opium Warlords, Spiritus Mortis. He has started a new project with Vilunki 3000 from Kraftwerk-style electro band, Op:l Bastards. Originally it was Opel Bastards, but it would be changed on request.

This is a Butthole Surfers’ song from Rembrandt Pussy Horse album. It also is a collaboration of two Irish electronic projects, Magnetize and The Last Sound. Their music is hard trance for me. Or maybe industrial acid techno. Even it also reminds me of early Ministry and Skinny Puppy. The label says: „For fans of classic Alec Empire, Justin Broadrick or modern day Downwards Records.”

The Cleveland based Prostitutes are „Primitive Technology Specialists” and have experimental psych/prog rock background. And they are James Donadio himself. His roots have gone back to the 90s when he played on bass in Speaker/Cranker together with members of Pere Ubu, Guided by Voice and other less known local bands. What they did came mostly from bands like Can, Amon Duul and Neu. The Flat Can Co was his next and similar style band. Now he makes noisy minimal analog techno with same attitude.
